Refunds and Returns
Can I get a refund?
To be eligible for a return it must be within 14 days of purchase providing the product has not been opened and is in a re-saleable condition. Any returned goods will be inspected before a refund/exchange is offered. The manager's decision is final. Delivery charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
How do I get a
refund?
If you decide to ask for a refund you must contact us first at [email protected] requesting a refund on your product. As we take customer service very seriously, you will receive an email response within 24 hours.
What is the return
period?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please email us at [email protected]
and then we will arrange for you to send your unwanted item back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,
within 14 days.
How do I make an
exchange?
If you would like to make an exchange please proceed as if it were a refund (see above) and place a new order on our shop page.
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. We strongly recommend that you also obtain a tracking number from your courier as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. It is absolutely necessary that you email us requesting a refund or exchange first.
